  • Handle the full set of accounts.
  • Liaise with clients and suppliers on accounting matters.
  • Maintain all audit schedules, including the fixed assets register, AR and AP aging, accruals and other payables, inventory movement, prepayments and other receivables etc.
  • Ensure proper housekeeping and filing of all necessary financial records.
  • Support other administrative duties as required.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Accounting or a professional qualification, with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in handling a full set of accounts.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; knowledge of QuickBooks is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills are essential.
  • Mature, self‑motivated, and able to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
  • Possess strong analytical skills, good time management, and attention to detail.
