- Update accounting entries in accounting software (Xero)
Maintain organized accounting files and records
Preparing invoices, payment vouchers, and purchase records
Monitoring project expenses and supplier payments
Handling accounts payable and receivable
Maintain petty cash and expense records
Coordinating with project/site teams on claims and costing
Track subcontractor claims and payment schedules
- Ensure compliance with company SOP and accounting procedures
Support management with financial reports and analysis
- Perform any other duties as may be assigned by the Management when required.
