Job Description

  • Accounts receivables, payables and general ledger.
  • Handles full set of accounts including GST return, tax matter and financial statement matters.
  • Reconcile monthly bank statement.
  • Chase outstanding payment.
  • Check expense claim of staff.
  • Handle HR matter includes payroll, leave records and others.
  • Perform general clerical duties which include preparing documents, filling of documents and any other duties as assigned.
  • Handle office upkeeps such as replenishment of stattioneries, copier machine, arrange for aircon servicing etc.
  • Any others administrative ad-hoc matters.
