Job Description

Issue Purchase Orders and perform 3-way matching (Invoice / Delivery Order / Purchase Order). Perform data entry for Accounts Payable matters. Handles office receptionist duties. Assist in Finance and HR administrative functions. Prepare Sales Quotations and manage email correspondence with clients. Update employees' attendance and leave records in the system. Process Work Permit / S-Pass applications and coordinate interview arrangements. Arrange and coordinate staff training sessions. Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements: N level with 1 year of relevant experience in Administration, Human Resources, or Finance
