You will be part of the Regional Services team supporting U.S.
, Canadian, and Jamaican operations, collaborating on key Accounts Payable tasks:- Following up on invoices held in receiving channels (OnBase, COUPA, email, Edicom).
- Financial analysis and resolution of policy exceptions.
- Responding to vendor and internal user inquiries regarding payments.
- Supporting internal and external audits.
- Participating in continuous improvement projects and Lean trainings.
- Collaborating with regional teams to maintain positive and efficient relationships.What are we looking for?
