Responsibilities:
+ Process invoices, reimbursements, refunds, and vendor payments accurately and on time
+ Review invoices for proper approvals and supporting documentation
+ Maintain supplier records and ensure payment accuracy
+ Respond to vendor and internal inquiries regarding payment status
+ Monitor payment terms, discounts, and rebate opportunities
+ Assist with month-end and year-end activities, including 1099 reporting
