This role is ideal for someone who brings strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and a service-minded approach when working with vendors and internal teams. The position focuses on accurate transaction processing, policy compliance, and timely resolution of payment-related questions in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:

• Review incoming invoices for completeness and policy alignment, then gather any missing details needed to move transactions forward accurately.
