Charlie Gilmur with Robert Half is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to support day-to-day invoice and payment activities for our client in SE Portland. This role is ideal for someone who brings strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and a service-minded approach when working with vendors and internal teams. • Review incoming invoices for completeness and policy alignment, then gather any missing details needed to move transactions forward accurately.
• Investigate invoice and purchase order variances, working with internal partners and external suppliers to resolve issues promptly.
