Accounts Payable Supervisor

Overview

This role reports directly to the AP/AR Manager and directly supervises the AP Specialist(s) on the Accounting Team. ABOUT THE ROLE: We are a US-based beauty, fashion, and wellness brand seeking a motivated and detail driven Accounts Payable Supervisor to own full-cycle AP operations and serve as the go-to resource for all AP-related inquiries across our beauty, wellness, and fashion businesses. You will be part of a collaborative finance and accounting team, working directly with the AP/AR Manager to ensure our payables operations are accurate, efficient, and well-controlled. As the day-to-day leader of the AP function, you will bridge tactical execution and team management—handling complex transactions yourself while coaching and developing the AP Specialists who report to you.
