Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with a portfolio of assigned customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders.
• Liaise between clients and cross‑functional internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of invoices and responses to client inquiries, requests, and requirements.
• Serve as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to assigned clients.
