Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Maintain and reconcile customer accounts, including posting payments, journal entries, write-offs, and applying retainers.
  • Process customer deposit refunds accurately and promptly.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address account-related inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Escalate complex or urgent matters to management to ensure timely resolution.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance workflow efficiency.
  • Serve as the primary contact for aging accounts and outstanding balances.
  • Monitor and resolve customer account discrepancies regularly.
  • Assist in generating reports and providing insights to management as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications
