Tendering & Cost Estimation Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications to identify project requirements. Prepare accurate cost estimates for ACMV systems, including materials, equipment, and labour. Source and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations to ensure cost competitiveness. Prepare
Bill of Quantities (BOQ) , costing summaries, and tender price breakdowns. Conduct
value engineering
and cost analysis to optimize project budgets. Ensure cost estimations comply with company standards and client requirements. Coordination & Documentation Liaise with procurement, engineering, and project teams to gather relevant information for pricing. Address all technical and commercial clarifications during tender preparation. Maintain organized and up-to-date records of costing data, quotations, and tender submissions.
