Certis IFM is seeking a skilled and proactive ACMV Engineer to manage the maintenance and operations of mechanical and building systems, with a key focus on ACMV, for one of our flagship projects located on the east side of Singapore. • Plan, execute, and oversee all mechanical and building maintenance activities, including but not limited to plumbing and sanitary systems, ACMV, and general building repairs.
• Manage term contractors and lead a team of technical officers and technicians in facilities operations, troubleshooting, preventive, and breakdown maintenance.
