Summary
Full contract responsibility for monitoring and guiding the team. End-to-end reporting to management for the project progress to the Executive Director.
Job Responsibilities- Supervise a group of site staff, engineers. Plan and organise daily work, execution of projects, prepare project schedule, milestone reports, submission and manpower planning
- Participate in the preparation of technical specifications, design requirements, and conduct tender site show round for project works and contract management
- Ensure effective project management on the implementation of design, installation, testing and commissioning.
- Ensure all Installation engineers, workers / subcontractors work is completed in the allocated time
- Ensure safety in the workplace through close supervision and implementation of all safety requirements
