Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities

Active Directory Administration: Create, modify, and delete user accounts, groups, computer accounts, and organizational units (OUs) within the Active Directory domain.

  1. Manage permissions, access controls, and security policies.
  2. Troubleshoot authentication and LDAP configuration issues.
  3. Configure and support DNS for new domains.
  4. Monitor and maintain Active Directory health.

Infrastructure Support: Troubleshoot DNS service and resolution issues.

  1. Assist in managing internal and external DNS systems.
  2. Collaborate with the Windows Active Directory Domain Administrator Support Team to provide timely and efficient support.
  3. Work with senior staff to resolve escalated incidents.

Identity Management Solutions: Continuously seek opportunities to improve existing Active Directory and Exchange architecture.
