Activities Co-ordinator

Freshwater, Isle of Wight We are looking for an Activities Co-Ordinator to join our Care & Independent Living team here at Southern Housing. This role is permanent, working 30 hours per week at our Green Meadows scheme at Freshwater, Isle of Wight. In this role, you will lead and coordinate service events and encourage the involvement of our residents. You will work with residents to provide choice and assist them to access day activities. This role will undertake regular moving and handling, and you must have a full UK driving licence and will be given access to a companyvehicle. You will be subject to an enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service check.
