Croham Place is a 35 bedded specialist mental health and acquired brain injury/ neurocognitive Care home made up of three units.
As our activities co-ordinator, you'll play a crucial role in planning and implementing our vibrant activities program. From group sessions to community outings, your creativity and enthusiasm will make a difference in the lives of our residents.
