Main Purpose Of The Job

This role will lead the Actuarial Valuation, Capital Management, Performance Reporting, and Business Analysis functions within the insurance company. This role is pivotal in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting, optimizing capital utilization, and providing strategic insights to support business growth.

The role manages a team of 10–12 professionals, including 3 direct reports, coordinates with both the regulator and auditors, and collaborates closely with senior management to align actuarial strategies with corporate objectives.
