Adaptation and Repair Technician

Our Home Improvement Service is looking for an Adaptation and Repair Technician to deliver practical, high-quality minor adaptations and repairs that help vulnerable residents live safely and independently at home. You will be part of a supportive and busy team, working across the county to provide timely solutions at the point where they can make the biggest impact, working closely with service users and professionals.

Qualifications and Experience

• Relevant trade qualification (Level 3 in e.g. joinery, plumbing or building maintenance) or equivalent experience
• Experience of carrying out repairs and practical works in domestic properties
• Knowledge of health and safety requirements relevant to the role
• Ability to work independently and travel across the county

This role is permanent and full time (37 hours). Salary NCC Band 5: £28,598 – £31,022.
