- Letters & Couriers receiving and sending, scanning. Clients' company statorsecretarial books, letters filing, keeping and report to Secretarial. Documentfiling.
- Offices rental management, liaise with the management officer and landlord agent. Manage our service offices. Office dailyoperation management.
- Recruitment, including adv-post on recruitmentwebsite. Staff onboarding, off-boarding and orientation, maintenance of the HR document, attendance and leaves record, meetings, events arrangement, client’svisiting registration, etc.
- Work pass (EP /SP/WP) application and renew for our employee.
- Manageoffice equipment, including air-conditions, photocopiers, water dispensers,computers, mobile phones, and employee email, WeChat accounts. staffs uniform.
- Patty cash, invoice accumulation, daily receivable& payable.
