Job Description
Provide administrative and secretarial support to assigned senior stakeholders
Manage daily administrative tasks such as scheduling, travel bookings, and document management
Handle billing processes and support follow-up on outstanding payments
Prepare basic reports, including status updates, ageing reports, and other ad-hoc reports
Maintain accurate records and update internal systems regularly
Assist in preparing presentations and business documents
Communicate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination
Support ad-hoc administrative duties as required
