- Welcome and assist visitors, ensuring a positive first impression of the company.
- Manage incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain the reception area and ensure it is clean and organized at all times.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and prepare rooms for meetings as required.
- Provide administrative support to the team and assist with various office tasks.
- Maintain an updated record of office supplies and place orders when needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all reception activities.
- Previous experience in a similar role within the Business Services industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using office software and equipment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Fluency in English.
