Job Description
Full-Time or Part-Time (3 days a week) Positions Job Scope:
- General administrations & co-ordinations between departments.
- Prepare data for schedule planning.
- Maintain and update data records when needed.
- Prepare general reports as needed.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as and when required.
- Diploma or equivalent with at least 1 year of experience in administrative support.
- Meticulous and have the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Able to communicate well with employees of different profile.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and a collaborative mindset.
