What you’ll be doing Customer Service & Communication- Assist owners in the application of moving in/moving out, renovation request, booking of estate facilities, etc. and issue official receipts to owners for the financial transactions
- Answer incoming call, assist in inquiries and concerns from the owners/tenants in a professional and timely manner.
- Keeping record of all financial transactions (maintenance fees, renovation deposit and other incomes) always and provide the financial transactions summary, invoices, official receipt, etc. to the Headquarters' Accounts Department
