Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for learning and development programmes, including orientation programmes.
- Assist with event logistics and administrative coordination before and during learning events.
- Support records management and document migration projects.
- Maintain and update records, reports, and spreadsheets.
Requirements:
- Singapore Citizen.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel.
- Prior experience in learning and development administration is an advantage.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- Experience in administrative support roles preferred.
Duration/Working hours:
6 months contract (Immediate)
Completion bonus:
Pro-rated (0.5 month)
Monday to Thursday: 8.30 am to 6 pm
Friday: 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
