Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare documents and data for Finance
  • Issue staff passes, stationery, and handle general administrative matters
  • Perform onboarding processes for new employees
  • Manage employee leave, overtime (OT), and expense claims
  • Handle asset tracking and work pass collection (if applicable)
  • Assist with job postings
  • Arrange training sessions and coordinate travel logistics when required
  • Arrange and coordinate interview sessions with customers
  • Ensure compliance with ISO.
  • Assist with employee performance assessments and evaluations
  • Perform any other tasks as assigned by the superior
Requirements
  • 1 to 3 years of administrative experience
  • Good organizational and coordination skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Willingness to learn
  • Attention to details
