Roles & Responsibilities . General administrative duties including to provide full spectrum of administrative support to the Director/Manager . Data entry of information into the system . Filing of documents and maintenance of records for easy retrieval and accurate documentation to facilitate information flow and site reports . Processing of petty cash claims, issuance of purchase orders and work orders . Keeping track of all office equipment and liaise with external suppliers or subcontractors for information and quotation . Liaise and coordinate orders with customers . Follow-up and coordination of tasks with internal and external stakeholders . Assist in organizing company functions and meetings
