Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the landlord of related premises to ensure smooth operations of HVAC, generator sets, and lifts, and manage timely rental payments.
- Coordinate with functions for audit fieldwork (including SGP and KORE) to ensure compliance, and monitor corrective action plans to ensure adherence.
- Responsible for the verification and payment processing of all utility bills for the assigned territories.
- Responsible for uploading and maintaining records of bills for all suppliers and vendors related to admin services in the assigned territory.
- Responsible for initiating and managing purchase requisitions related to admin services, and following up with procurement for the timely issuance of purchase orders.
