Job Description

Location: Tuas West Rd MRT Key Responsibilities: Manage daily administrative tasks. Communicate with the principal, agents, forwarders, operation staffs by phone, email and/or in-person Familiarity with PSA port procedures, shipyard documentation, travel arrangements Maintain filing and ensure date accuracy Process invoices and create WOS Any other Ad-hoc duties as assigned by the department head. Requirements: Higher Nitec / Diploma Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in admin Proficient in computer especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) Good communication and interpersonal skills. Available to start immediately / on short notice
