OSITION: ADMIN, ACCOUNTS & HR EXECUTIVE

Job Responsibilities

Administration:

. Manage daily office administration and general correspondence.

. Maintain filing systems, company records, and office documentation.

. Coordinate vendor services.

. Arrange meetings and coordinate workers site schedule and courier services.

. Provide administrative support to management and staff. Submit safety document

Accounts:

. Prepare invoices, quotations, purchase orders, and payment vouchers.

. Handle Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions.

. Perform bank reconciliations and petty cash management.

Preparation and Submit GST

. Assist in monthly financial reporting and year-end audit preparation.

. Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documents.
