Knoxtech Solutions Pte Ltd is a growing border control technology company with a newly renovated high-end luxury office. We are looking for a reliable, hands‑on, and organised Admin cum Office Manager to support daily office operations and administrative functions.
This role is ideal for someone proactive, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently in a professional corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities Administration & Office Support- Handle daily administrative duties including documentation, filing, data maintenance, and office coordination
- Provide administrative support to management and internal teams
- Manage correspondence, scheduling, record keeping, and documentation
- Ensure proper filing systems and accurate records are maintained
- Coordinate with international offices and support overseas guest visits
