Job Description

Looking for a detail-oriented and organised individual to support course evaluation administration and reporting functions during a system transition period.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage course evaluation processes using MS Word templates and email systems
  • Collate participant feedback and prepare evaluation reports
  • Maintain evaluation records, filing systems, and tracking logs
  • Coordinate report circulation and approval workflows
  • Support summary reporting and trend analysis
  • Liaise with training departments and facilitators on evaluation matters
  • Assist with testing and transition activities for digital system implementation
  • Provide general administrative support to the department

Requirements:
