We are looking for a detail-oriented Admin Executive to support daily administrative operations at Changi Naval Base. This role involves handling job documents, SAP data entry, report preparation, audit support, and customer service follow-up. Location / Working Hours: Location: Changi Naval Base Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 6:00pm Transport Arrangement: Company transport will be provided to and from Changi Naval Base. Process incoming job documents and ensure records are updated accurately. Perform data entry in SAP for incoming jobs and related records. Prepare and update monthly reports as required. Assist with ad-hoc reports and administrative tasks when needed. Support the submission of job documents for audit purposes. Attend to walk-in and telephone enquiries in a professional manner.
