Job Description
Admin Executive (Construction, 5 days, Immediate)
- Source and liaise with suppliers; prepare and issue Purchase Orders (PO).
- Verify supplier invoices and highlight discrepancies where necessary.
- Assist in the preparation and collation of Purchase Orders (POs), Delivery Orders (DOs) and invoices.
- Provide operational support to the Operations team.
- Assist in preparation and submission of monthly operational reports and project-specific updates.
- Manage Company's vehicles insurance, VPC and Road Tax renewal
- Perform general admin duties including filing, data entry and documentation management.
- Perform any ad‑hoc tasks or duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Diploma /Degree in Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 1–2 years of administrative experience.
