Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities Offering administrative and clerical assistance to support departmental functions. Compiling, preparing, and ensuring timely submission of necessary reports. Handling and processing payments for invoices. Arranging and coordinating meetings, including scheduling, sending invites, booking conference rooms, and setting up required equipment. Managing travel arrangements and scheduling appointments for the management team. Planning and organizing both internal and external events. Facilitating communication and coordination between departments to ensure efficient information flow and timely updates across the organization. Performing additional tasks as needed. Requirements: Possess at least diploma in Business Management or a related field, with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience. Proficient in MS Office Strong ability to multitask and adhere to deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
