About the Role

Facility Specialist should serve in a high-level leadership role overseeing the comprehensive

operations of an organization or business location.


Requirements:

● II PUC or Bachelor’s Degree

● Supervisory experience in Facility departments

● Organized at work

● Personally strong enough to manage multiple complex situations simultaneously.

● Good communication and multiple languages are an add-on. (Hindi & Kannada)

Role & Responsibilities:

● Ensure Employee Safety compliance requirements are met.

● Ensure work quality and adherence to established policies and procedures.

● Maintain and perform minor repairs on field equipment.

● Lead the planning and administration of supply chain capital budgets.

● Asset/critical asset preventive maintenance

● Supervise all facilities staff (custodians, technicians, groundskeepers etc.) and

external contractor...
