Job Description

We are looking for a Admin Facility Specialist to manage the daily operations of our facilities, ensuring their proper functioning in compliance with company policies and regional directives.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the daily operations of the facilities: preventive maintenance and general maintenance.
  • Administer and supervise facility personnel.
  • Conduct periodic inspections to guarantee facility quality.
  • Ensure facility procedures comply with local regulations.
  • Produce and maintain facilities management reports.
  • Oversee project management.
  • Prepare and manage the departmental budget.
  • Be responsible for monthly vendor payments, acceptance reports, and KPI review.

Requirements
