We are looking for a Admin Facility Specialist to manage the daily operations of our facilities, ensuring their proper functioning in compliance with company policies and regional directives.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the daily operations of the facilities: preventive maintenance and general maintenance.
- Administer and supervise facility personnel.
- Conduct periodic inspections to guarantee facility quality.
- Ensure facility procedures comply with local regulations.
- Produce and maintain facilities management reports.
- Oversee project management.
- Prepare and manage the departmental budget.
- Be responsible for monthly vendor payments, acceptance reports, and KPI review.
