Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Record daily sales data accurately from transactions (around 500 cases/month).
  • Blast out promotional messages via WhatsApp/SMS/Telegram to housing agents following PDPA and DNC rules.
  • Track and flag emails requiring replies; draft simple responses as needed.
  • Fill up application forms with customer details from provided documents.
  • Create customer profiles and upload documents to RIMS system.
  • Assist with other admin tasks like basic reports or follow-up forms.
Requirements
  • Experience in admin/sales support preferred but not required.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel for data entry, Word/Pages), email (Outlook), and WhatsApp; familiar with Mac OS a plus.
  • Detail‑oriented, reliable, and able to handle repetitive tasks.
