HR & Admin Manager/ Assistant Manager

I. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment activities to ensure timely hiring for production and office positions.
  • Oversee payroll, compensation & benefits administration in compliance with Vietnamese labor law.
  • Ensure proper implementation of labor regulations, internal policies, and disciplinary procedures.
  • Lead performance management processes including KPI setting and annual performance reviews.
  • Handle employee relations matters, resolve conflicts, and maintain a positive working environment.
  • Support workforce planning, manpower budgeting, and organizational development.
