Job Summary: The Admin / HR Assistant is responsible for supporting daily office operations and providing administrative and HR support. This role ensures smooth coordination of tasks, proper record management, and efficient day-to-day operations. 1.

Office Administration & Maintenance Coordinate maintenance, cleaning, vendors Liaise with landlord / building management Maintain records (assets, access cards, keys) B.
Company Vehicle Administration Track servicing, inspection, repairs Monitor fuel, parking, ERP, expenses Handle fines, summons & follow-ups Maintain vehicle documentation C.
Attendance & Daily Workforce Monitoring Monitor daily attendance Update and send daily out-of-office email Support payroll data preparation D.
