Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, leave and training administration, employee benefits, and general HR operations.
  • Maintain and update the HR database; prepare monthly HR reports and complete surveys for submission to relevant authorities.
  • Provide administrative support across all office functions as needed.
  • Assist in organizing company events and actively participate in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities.
  • Support the execution of HR initiatives, programs, and special projects.
  • Contribute to the implementation and enforcement of HR policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Assist to cover receptionist duties as and when required.
