Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist the Administrator in preparation of property teasers, proposals and posts on social media channels
  • Monitors availability of stationery and makes monthly orders
  • Support to prepare travel requests and payment requests
  • Support to prepare options list and proposal
  • Arranging transportation for the team's site visits and client meetings
  • Support Administrator and Marketing team with preparing market events and webinars
  • Updating team's Excel databases as needed
  • Translation assistance as needed

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proactive and self-motivated
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in English
  • Skilled in creating engaging marketing content
