Role Overview We’re looking for an Infrastructure & Administration Executive who can manage the company’s day-to-day office infrastructure, IT coordination, vendor management, and operational administration. This role is critical in ensuring that teams can function smoothly without operational disruptions. Key Responsibilities ️ IT & Infrastructure Coordination Manage laptops, desktops, printers, TVs, CCTV, EPABX, WiFi, and office devices Coordinate with external IT and hardware vendors Maintain device inventory and asset tracking Software & Access Management Manage employee access for tools and platforms Coordinate setup for emails, Slack, ClickUp, Zoho, etc. Handle onboarding and offboarding access requirements Office Administration Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations Coordinate pantry, stationery, internet, housekeeping, and maintenance requirements Maintain office readiness across locations Vendor Management Coordinate with multiple vendors and service providers Track renewa...
