Oversee daily operations of the company and ensure smooth workflow. Manage and supervise technicians, installers, and administrative staff. Plan and schedule air-conditioning servicing, maintenance, and installation projects. Monitor job progress and ensure work is completed according to company standards and safety requirements. Handle customer enquiries, complaints, quotations, and service contracts. Conduct site inspections and provide technical recommendations when required. Manage manpower allocation and coordinate project timelines. Monitor inventory, equipment, and procurement of materials. Prepare operational reports and assist management in business planning. Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and company policies. Support staff training and performance evaluation. Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and clients to maintain good business relationships.
