JOB SUMMARYThe Administrator is responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations within the organization. Oversees issue resolution with customers and contractors. Receives and resolves telephone and e-mail inquiries using professional customer service skills.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESProvides support and customer service through phone, portal, email, chat, and text messaging in a timely and accurate manner.Organizes and maintains electronic and physical files, documents, and records, ensuring confidentiality and easy retrieval when needed.Answers, screens and directs telephone calls, maintaining a highly positive attitude in all interfaces.Serves as a customer advocate.
