Job Description
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or a related field (preferred)
- 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a senior administrative role
- Experience supporting C-level or VP-level executives is an advantage
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
- Advanced skills in Excel or spreadsheet reporting
- Experience with presentation tools (PowerPoint, Google Slides)
