About the Role

This is not a single‑lane job. This is the role for someone who can do a bit of everything and do it well. You might be managing a calendar one week, coordinating a project the next, handling client communication on Monday and building a report on Friday.

At Fig Advisory, this role is a launchpad. Depending on your strengths and where the business needs you, you could grow into a dedicated VA, EA, Coordinator, Admin, or Customer Care role.
