Key Responsibilities
- Assist walk-in customers at the counter, including basic sales support and customer enquiries
- Handle incoming phone calls and direct queries to the appropriate department
- Assist the Warehouse Supervisor with ad hoc duties as required
- Liaise with customers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and product availability
- Coordinate with technical, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfilment and delivery
- Coordinate with logistics providers and couriers to schedule pickups and deliveries
- Deal with dealers and suppliers, including follow-ups and general communication
- Assist with stock take procedures, including counting inventory and reconciling discrepancies
- Add new stock onto the system and ensure all stock is accurately captured
