Job Description

As an Administrative Services Coordinator- Part time, you will provide administrative support to a department or manager. You’ll complete data entry, scan documents, digitize documents, managing filing systems and expenses and other administrative duties. This job is part of the Administrative Services job function. They are responsible for providing administrative support to areas of the business including operations, teams, job functions and senior management.


Location: Vancouver, BC
Competitive salary
Assignment Duration: 3 months (Strong Possibility of extension)

Hours: 7.5 hours x 2 days a week 9.30 – 5pm
