- Fresh graduate/College degree holder; open to any field of study
- Willing to handle clerical and administrative tasks
- Detail‑oriented with strong attention to accuracy
- Able to communicate effectively
- Computer‑and scanner‑literate
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams) and Office 365 tools (Outlook)
Job Description
- Assist the payroll custodian in the management of electronic (scanned) and paper-based customer files.
- Supports the payroll custodian for the maintenance of files being safely kept at the CDC Pateros Vault (Payroll documents related files).
- Regularly maintain all files to be properly labeled, arranged, classified as to document type, indexed and recorded in the database.
