Adecco is partnering with a Corporate Secretarial company to seek for a Corporate Secretary Assistant to join their growing business in helping clients in setting up their business in Singapore.
The Job- Provide administrative support to the corporate secretarial team
- Liaise with ACRA customer service officer over the phone on work related enquiries.
- Ensure timely compliance with relevant statutory compliance, maintenance of registers and statutory records.
- Open to candidates with administrative experience
- Corporate secretarial experience will be advantageous
- Must be able to speak and read Mandarin/Cantonese to communicate with Mandarin/Cantonese counterparts
- Detail oriented
- Strong communication skills
